Workshop in production management

The workshop, whose scientific coordination is overseen by the Production Organization Department of La Scala Theater, aims to introduce participants to the heart of the organizational model of live performance institutions.

With lectures and exercises entrusted to the Production Management of the same theater and other established professionals in the field, it offers an overview of the professional figures, strategies and tools needed to plan, schedule and organize opera, music and dance productions, in theater, festivals and tours.
