Free in-person, in-person, and bar training course for waiters, sommeliers, and bar staff

The course is aimed at temporary work candidates (both unemployed and out of work) registered and selected by the Employment Agency; for foreigners, knowledge of the Italian language and grammar, even if NOT certified;

The purpose of the course is to enable participants to acquire the technical and practical skills necessary to operate professionally in the dining room , sommelier , and bar sectors . The training program will provide the knowledge and skills specific to the Dining Room Operator, with particular reference to customer reception, room set-up and tidying, table setting, food service, order collection and management, cutlery replacement, as well as handling customer requests and complaints.

Attendance of at least 70% of the total project hours and/or achievement of the defined objectives. Additionally, for recipients without training credits, attendance of at least 90% of the "General Health and Safety" module and at least 70% of the "Rights and Responsibilities of Temporary Workers" module
